Installation Guide

For a secure and permanent joint, follow these standard solvent cement welding steps:

• Step 1: Cut the conduit pipe square and remove all inner burrs so that electrical cables are not damaged during pulling.
• Step 2: Clean the pipe end and the fitting socket thoroughly to remove dirt and moisture.
• Step 3: Apply a smooth coat of PVC solvent cement to the pipe end and the inside of the fitting.
• Step 4: Insert the pipe into the fitting, give it a slight twist for even distribution, and hold firmly. Wait for the cement to cure before pulling wires.
