ATS PVC-U Pressure Pipes are engineered to meet the highest international quality standards, providing a reliable and long-lasting solution for modern infrastructure and residential needs.

BS 3505:1968 Compliance (Potable Water)

Our pipes are manufactured in strict conformity with BS 3505:1968, specifically designed for drinking water distribution. These pipes ensure zero contamination and are highly resistant to chemical erosion.

ASTM D-1785 Compliance (Schedule 40 & 80)

For high-pressure industrial applications, ATS offers pipes compliant with ASTM D-1785. These are built to withstand extreme internal pressure and are ideal for high-rise building plumbing and firefighting systems.

Key Advantages of ATS Pipes

  • Corrosion Resistant: Immune to electrolytic and galvanic corrosion, ensuring no rust or scale buildup.
  • Maintenance-Free: Offers a service life of over 50 years with minimal upkeep.
  • Lightweight: Easy to transport and install, significantly reducing labor costs.
  • Lead-Free: 100% safe for drinking water distribution.
  • Fire Resistant: Self-extinguishing material that does not support combustion.

1. Agriculture: Empowering Sustainable Farming

Maximize your yield with irrigation solutions designed for the toughest terrains and deepest wells.

  • High-Efficiency Water Supply: Minimize friction loss and maximize flow for farm-wide water transport.
  • High-Pressure Tube-Wells: Robust casing and pressure pipes designed for deep-well extraction without the risk of collapse.
  • Drip & Micro-Irrigation: Precision-engineered layouts for water-saving technology, ensuring every drop reaches the root.
  • Horticulture & Greenhouses: Specialized UV-stabilized piping for controlled-climate irrigation and nutrient delivery.

2. Industrial: Built for Extreme Environments

When safety and chemical resistance are non-negotiable, industry leaders turn to ATS.

  • Chemical Processing (ASTM D1785): Our corrosion-resistant Schedule 40 & 80 pipes are perfect for transporting aggressive chemicals safely.
  • Pharmaceutical Grade: Contamination-free, hygienic piping systems that meet strict purity standards for lab and production environments.
  • HVAC & Cooling Systems: Specialized lines for AC drainage and refrigeration cooling cycles, built to handle temperature fluctuations.

3. Municipal: Safe Water for Growing Communities

We provide the literal "veins" of the city, ensuring clean water reaches every home.

  • Potable Water Networks (BS 3505): Our pipes are BS 3505 certified, ensuring they meet the highest global benchmarks for safe drinking water transport.
  • High-Volume Distribution: Reliable, leak-proof mainlines designed to withstand the high-pressure demands of urban water grids.

Installation Techniques

We recommend Solvent Cement Welding for a permanent, leak-proof joint:

  • Step 1: Cut the pipe square and remove all burrs from the edges.
  • Step 2: Clean the pipe end and the fitting socket thoroughly.
  • Step 3: Apply a thin coat of high-quality solvent cement to both surfaces.
  • Step 4: Insert the pipe into the fitting and hold firmly for 30 seconds.
